I start everyday with one of these. They are a great afternoon pick me up as well.

Ingredients:

1 stalk of kale (stem removed)
1/2 a cucumber
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 an avocado
1 apple
5+ strawberries
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chlorafresh

Put all ingredients in a blender.
(A vitamix, omniblend, health master, or some other high powered blender is key)
Fill almost to top with water.
Blend for 2 minutes.
Enjoy!!

Notes: you can add or delete any ingredients you would like. I use whatever fruits are in the fridge and or need to be eaten. More fruits will make it sweeter. An avocado and some sort of oil (olive, flax, coconut) are key ingredients though.
This makes a full blender full. It feeds my family for 2 days. Store your extra in a glass mason jar or modify the ingredient amounts to make less.
